Refund policy
We hope that our candles always meet your expectations, but if you aren't feeling your purchase, we want to be there for you.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your candle must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Have been delivered to you within 30 days of the date your return package is postmarked.

Refunds on Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned candle. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus the cost of return shipping.
While we are happy to offer you a pre-paid return label for your convenience, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We carefully inspect all of our candles before shipment to ensure only the most perfectly crafted ones leave our warehouse. If your candle arrives broken, or is damaged during shipment, please send us an email at support@frecklesandfeelingscandles.com and we'll do our best to accomodate by sending you a replacement.
