We currently offer FREE USPS Priority Mail shipping to anywhere in the United States on all orders over $65. If you need your candle sooner, you can request express shipping at checkout.

Order processing usually takes 2-5 days, after which you will receive an email notification that your order has shipped.

Unless otherwise noted at checkout, orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and generally arrive within 1-5 business days after leaving our studio.

If you would like to change the mailing address on a recent order, please email hello@frecklesandfeelings as soon as possible.

Shipping offers are subject to change. Exclusions apply to all special shipping offers, including Free Shipping. The minimum purchase amount for each shipping offer does not include purchases of Gift Cards. Offer applies to Standard Shipping to one location and may not be applied to express shipping options.

We hope that our candles always meet your expectations, but if you aren't feeling your purchase, we want to be there for you.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your candle must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Have been delivered to you within 30 days of the date your return package is postmarked.

Reach out to us at hello@frecklesandfeelings.com with your order number (found in your confirmation email) and we will send you a return label.

We carefully inspect all of our candles before shipment to ensure only the most perfectly crafted ones leave our studio. If your candle arrives broken, or is damaged during shipment, please send us an email at hello@frecklesandfeelingscandles.com and we'll do our best to accommodate by sending you a replacement.

Exchanges of products from orders originally over $65 will be processed at no additional charge, however exchanges of products from orders $65 or less will require that your return item(s) are shipped to us at your expense.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned candle. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus the cost of return shipping.

While we are happy to offer you a prepaid return label for your convenience, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund in the case of product returns.
